| Safety
Policy |
| We
do our very best to ensure that the trips are as safe as
possible, but we can only do so much. Please follow these
simple guidelines so we can continue to make the trips fun
and safe for everyone. |
|
| Helmets: |
We
insist that you wear a suitable helmet. No
helmet - No riding! Helmets
will be available to hire, but please make sure you mention
your requirements when booking. We'd also highly recommend wearing
gloves because in the event of a fall your hands will be the
first thing to hit the ground. |
| Insurance: |
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have suitable holiday
cover. This needs to specify that it covers you for sporting
activities including mountain biking. When you arrive we will
ask you to sign a disclaimer form. This form basically says
that you agree to the risks and have your own insurance in place
in case of an accident. If necessary, take out insurance for
your bike as well. |
| Heat
stroke: |
The
sun is very strong and even outside of peak season you can
get
sun burnt. Make sure you bring sun cream and drink plenty of
water on each ride. |
