Support vehicle backup, first aid, mechanics etc

When you come on one of our holidays we want you to enjoy the biking to the max. You cant do that if you have to carry your gear with you to the destination or worry about the threat of mechanical breakdown miles from anywhere. We have a support vehicle close to hand at all times and although we ride in mountainous terrain you’re never more than a handful of miles from possible help.

It also comes in pretty handy if you want to take the easy option to the top of some of the hills!

Don't worry if you’ve never even fixed your own puncture before. Your guide will be able to offer guidance should you need it. All we ask is that you carry your own spare tube, water and any snacks for the ride.

 
 

Apres Bike why not finish a hard days riding with a massage?

Hannah is a trained Sport’s Therapist so whether you have a specific area of tension or just want to prepare for another action packed day, you are sure to feel the benefits of a massage.

Massage helps alleviate stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues particularly after strenuous exercise. A massage will lessen stiffness and soreness which may hinder your performance and will help you to recover faster.

Sport’s massage targets specific muscles put under stress during sport’s such as biking. Using a blend of techniques, such as trigger point therapy, Hannah will work with you focusing on specific muscles in the legs to reduce stiffness and soreness ensuring you have an injury free and relaxed holiday.
